I ordered the wrong item. Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to a confirmed order as our warehouse processes all orders automatically.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
If the package you receive has been damaged in transit you should refuse the package. If the goods were damaged prior to delivery then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by telephone on 833-698-3359 within 24hrs (preferably on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.
